You send a request and we send a quote with a prepayment invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we build the PC, test it thoroughly and send it to you.

Usually yes. In return you decide where the money goes (for example the graphics card, memory or storage), the PC has only the software it needs, and standard parts make it easy to upgrade and repair later. For a brand PC, even a fan can be hard to find after a couple of years.

We keep the minimum at around 600-650 euros, because with less you can no longer game properly. Such a PC can also be upgraded later without replacing everything inside.

Yes, list them in the notes. We check that everything fits together (for example that a large graphics card fits in the case) and let you know if something should change.

2 years on every part, plus lifetime support. Many parts also have a manufacturer warranty, so we can often help after two years as well.

During the warranty we repair the PC for free. Later, bring or send the PC to us: we give you a quote for the repair and you decide whether we repair it or someone else does.

We only use new original parts from known brands. Before handing it over we test every PC for more than 12 hours: the memory with at least two passes of Memtest, the graphics card for 1-2 hours with Furmark and MSI Kombustor (including sudden shutdowns and restarts), the processor for 1-2 hours with Cinebench and the MSI stress test.

For motherboards we often prefer Asus, for memory G.Skill, and for cooling and power supplies Deepcool or be quiet!.
